WELCOME BACK!

We are excited to inform you that we have secured a temporary location to gather for Sunday service in person. While we would love to be able to announce that we have secured a “permanent spot” for Sunday service gatherings, Pastor Emy & Emily felt led to take a step of faith and move forward with this temporary location. They are also believing that God will continue to open up more resources and opportunities for us to continue to meet in person as a church. We plan to continue our online experience in addition to meeting in person during this time.

WEEKEND SERVICE FAQ's

I have registered to attend this weekend’s service but can no longer make it.

How can I cancel my registration?
If you registered but will no longer attend, please cancel your registration so we can give your tickets to someone else.

You can cancel your registration by:

1) Going back to the e-mail you received when you registered titled “Dream Team In-Person Service Registration”, look at the bottom where it says: “Need help? You can cancel online or contact Ane Miranda.” Click on cancel online and follow the steps.

2) Text your name, number of tickets you’re returning, and the e-mail used to register to 978-340-1298 and we will be happy to cancel them for you.

I would like to attend but tickets are sold out.
Due to state mandated guidelines we have limited seats available. We will release tickets as they become available on a first come, first served basis. Please e-mail us at [email protected] with the amount of tickets you’re requesting. You will then be placed on a waiting list. If we receive any cancelations we will contact you as soon as tickets become available.

What should I wear on Sunday?
Please dress warm. Although we will be meeting indoors, the location has no heat.

Can I bring my kids into service?
Yes! We will NOT be holding our ExcelKidz weekend experience but your children are welcome to attend service with you. Please make sure you register them as well. If you choose to bring your children with you, please help us maintain a distraction-free environment by bringing a device with headphones. We will also be providing activity bags if needed.

How can I give during service?
To help ensure a clean and safe environment, we will not be passing offering buckets during our services. We encourage you to give online at give online.

SANITIZATION & SAFETY

What are we doing to provide a safe environment?
We have established cleaning procedures before, during, and after each service to allow us to provide a safe and clean environment for our church family. We have added several sanitation stations throughout the building for general use and are following social distancing guidelines.

Do I need to wear a face covering?
All of our staff and volunteers will be wearing face coverings and ready to greet you from a distance. We ask that anyone who attends our physical location wear a face covering while in the building. If you need one, you can find disposable masks by the entrance.

How are we limiting hand-to-hand contact?
To create a low-contact worship experience, we have removed all passing of materials (including connection cards, offering buckets, communion etc.). In addition, all doors will be either propped open or opened by one of our volunteers. In addition, we will not be able offering cafe hospitality during this time.

Will coffee be available?
No, we will not have a cafe service.

Will I be seated in close proximity to others during service?
We will have movable chairs spaced out to create appropriate distance between families in the gymnasium. Our usher team will be ready to greet you with a friendly wave and assist you in finding a seat if needed.

Will the services be streamed live online?
Yes, you can still watch us LIVE on our Facebook and YouTube channels @ExcelChurchMA for our full online experience beginning at 10:15 AM.
